MOTHER F*CKER! I just wrote the nicest post, and then it got deleted.
In a nutshell: I was saying I have no pace/finish time goals, but I wanted to write saying I love you three and that I think of you often.
Then, I shared a "favorite" run that came as a total surprise recently. I was on Cape Cod, visiting Chris's grandparents, and went to the beach early in the morning. It was low tide, the sun was just coming out, and I was able to just cruise along the beach for a couple of miles. I had the best time! And afterward, I noticed/thought about how usually what becomes a "favorite" run, is never one that you set out on as having already decided it is a "favorite." Such runs come totally out of the blue, like this one!
So yeah, my original post was better, but this'll have to do.
